You used proxy or program to speed up internet and download, this will be happen. Uninstall it or open Internet Explorer, choose [Internet Options] from menu [Tools] then click [Connections], click setting, tick automatic detect.
If not solve, click advance menu at [Intenet Options] and click reset and OK.
